Month-end meant an afternoon in spreadsheets. Crew reports piled up in a feed nobody had time to read. The office knew where the money went weeks after it mattered.
Financial clarity and AI automation for businesses that want control.
Not more dashboards you’ll never open. We give you real oversight of your numbers, then automate the work behind them.
Financial clarity · Real automations in production · Built for SMBs
We connect to the software you already use. See what we plug into
We build the systems. Your team runs them, and they run the work that used to eat your week.
See your whole financial position without opening a spreadsheet.
Live dashboards, monthly reports, and narrated video walkthroughs of your numbers. You get real-time oversight of your cash, so decisions run on data instead of gut.
- One screen for cash, receivables and job costs, refreshed on its own.
- A short narrated walkthrough every month, so the numbers get explained, not just shown.
Find out where AI actually pays off in your business.
We map your workflows, audit your software, and catalog the repetitive work. You get a ranked plan, highest-ROI automation first.
- Every process scored on hours, error rate and how hard it is to automate.
- We tell you what to leave alone as clearly as what to build.
Stop paying people to do what software should.
We automate the repetitive internal processes your team does by hand and connect the parts of your business that don’t talk to each other. That’s hours back every week, and fewer errors.
- Runs on a schedule and reports itself, so nobody has to remember to check.
- Every automation is tested end to end and handed over documented.
A pipeline that fills itself.
Lead sourcing, scheduled social campaigns, competitor analysis. Outreach that keeps running while you run the business.
- Leads sourced and enriched on a schedule, not when someone gets around to it.
- Follow-up that keeps going after the first email, without anyone chasing.
If your team does it every week, it’s a candidate.
- Monthly reporting
- Invoice chasing
- Crew & field report review
- Lead follow-up
- Quote & estimate drafts
- Data entry between systems
- Email triage
- Receipt & expense sorting
- Competitor monitoring
- Scheduling & dispatch
- Document processing
- Social posting on schedule
Some of these take an afternoon to automate. Others take a build. The Diagnostic tells you which is which.
What we did for our most recent client.
An SMB with an office team and a crew in the field:
Monthly reporting went from hours to minutes.
Month-end used to be an afternoon of spreadsheet archaeology. Now it runs itself, and the owner watches a short narrated video of the numbers instead of digging through rows.
- Daily field reports are read and graded automatically before the office opens, so nobody has to skim crew updates one by one.
- Office and field run in one system, so nothing falls between a spreadsheet and a text message.
A live dashboard over the company’s existing systems, a narrated monthly video of the numbers, and an automated reader that grades every field report overnight. Built in stages, each one approved before the next started.
The owner opens one screen instead of five spreadsheets. Reporting that took hours runs in minutes. Field reports are reviewed before the office opens.
Tested end to end, handed over documented.
- Live cash & job dashboard
- Narrated monthly video report
- Automated field-report grading
- Office and field in one system
Every system was handed over documented, and the owner runs it without us.

Local by default
We process financial records and source files on infrastructure you approve. Photos and documents don’t leave your systems unless you say so.
AI, disclosed in writing
When a workflow needs an AI model, text runs through Anthropic’s Claude, a provider that doesn’t train on your data. Before we build anything, you get in writing exactly which data touches a model and which never does.
Read-only until you say otherwise
We connect to your tools with the minimum access the job needs, which means read-only by default. All of it follows Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA).
We connect to the software you already use.
A sample of what we plug into. If your team already runs it and it exposes an API, we can connect it. You keep the tools you have.

A ranked map of where automation pays off.
You get a working document rather than a slide deck: every repetitive task we found, what it costs you in hours, and the order we’d automate them in. Yours to keep, whoever builds it.
Example build. Real client numbers stay private. The ranked map
Every repetitive process in your business, scored and ordered by what pays back first.
A written plan
What we would build, in what order, and what each piece is worth in hours or dollars.
Yours to keep
If nothing is worth automating we say so, and the report is still yours.
Credited back
The $175 comes off your first build, so the Diagnostic costs nothing if you go ahead.
We find the weak spot, engineer the system, and stand behind the outcome.
About Palvo.
Palvo is founder-run: one finance-trained builder, and you work with him directly. Plenty of AI consultants can automate a workflow. Far fewer can also read your financials. Palvo exists for owners who want both: real oversight of the numbers, and systems that do the repetitive work behind them.
Questions owners actually ask.
What does a build cost?+
Every build is priced in the proposal: a set price for an exactly-scoped system, agreed before work starts. We don’t bill hourly and we don’t run open-ended retainers. The $175 Diagnostic is the only thing you pay for before you know the full number.
How long does a build take?+
Every proposal includes a timeline. Most first builds ship within two to four weeks of sign-off. We build in stages, so you see working pieces early instead of waiting for a big reveal.
What happens to our data?+
We process it on infrastructure you approve, with the minimum access the job needs, which means read-only by default. Before we build anything, you get in writing exactly which data touches an AI model and which never does. The Your Data section above has the details.
What if the Diagnostic finds nothing worth automating?+
Then we tell you that, and you keep the full report. We only propose a build where the return is obvious, because a proposal you don’t sign costs us more than honesty does.
Do we have to replace our existing software?+
No. We build around the tools you already pay for and connect the ones that don’t talk to each other. Replacing software is a last resort.
What happens after handoff?+
Every system is tested end to end and handed over documented: what it does, how it runs, and what to check if something looks off. You own it outright. There’s no subscription to us on the other side of it.
We’re a small team. Is this for us?+
That’s exactly who it’s for. Automation used to pay off only at enterprise scale, and that changed. If repetitive admin eats hours of your week, the Diagnostic will find where the return is.
What if I need to cancel a Diagnostic?+
Full refund with 24 hours’ notice, and one free reschedule if the day gets away from you. A no-show without notice forfeits the fee.
