Palvo collects as little as possible. Here is everything we handle, who processes it, and why.
Booking a Diagnostic
When you book, Cal.com collects your name, email, and anything you type into the booking form, so we can hold the meeting and contact you about it. Payment is handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never seen or stored by Palvo. Booking records are kept for as long as we work together, plus what tax law requires us to keep for financial records.
Email to hello@palvo.ai is forwarded by Porkbun (our domain and email-forwarding provider) to our inbox. We keep correspondence as long as it's relevant to working with you.
Analytics
This site uses Vercel Analytics, which is cookieless and collects aggregate usage data only (pages viewed, approximate region, device type). It does not identify you, and we set no marketing or tracking cookies.
Where your data lives
Cal.com, Stripe, Vercel, and Porkbun may process or store personal information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it is subject to the laws of those jurisdictions.
Connecting your QuickBooks (accounting data)
If you use Palvo's financial dashboard, you can connect your QuickBooks Online account so we can turn your numbers into dashboards and reports. Here's exactly how that works.
What we access. With your permission, we connect to QuickBooks through Intuit's official, secure connection and read your accounting data — things like your profit & loss, balance sheet and cash balances, accounts receivable and payable, and the underlying transaction detail. We use this only to build the dashboards and reports we provide to you.
Read-only, always. Our access is read-only. Palvo never creates, edits, deletes, or moves anything in your QuickBooks. We can look; we can't change.
Where it lives and how it's protected. Your financial data is processed and stored in our database (hosted on Supabase, which may store data in the United States). That database is access-locked so only Palvo's secure server processes can read it — it is not readable with public keys. The secure token that keeps your QuickBooks connected is additionally encrypted at rest using strong encryption (AES-256-GCM), so even a copy of our database does not expose a usable key to your books.
How we use it. We use your QuickBooks data solely to provide your dashboard and reports. We do not sell it, use it for advertising, or share it with anyone other than the infrastructure providers that run our Service (such as our hosting and database providers). We do not use your financial data to train AI models.
Disconnecting. You're in control. You can disconnect Palvo's access to your QuickBooks at any time — from within your Intuit account (My Apps / connected apps) or by emailing hello@palvo.ai. When you disconnect, we stop pulling new data, and we delete your stored financial data on request or when our work together ends.
Retention. We keep your QuickBooks-derived data only for as long as we're actively working together, plus anything we're required to keep for legal or tax reasons. After that, it's deleted.
Your choices
To access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to ask anything about this policy, email hello@palvo.ai. We don't sell personal information, run ad tracking, or send marketing email.
